On December 19, 2011 OVERS was upgraded to release version 11.4.0

Currently the System is experiencing sporadic slowness issues when searching for Birth Registrations.  This slowness issue occurs most frequently when searching for Birth Registrations as a Record Match for creating and issuing Birth Certificate Orders with OVERS. This issue should be addressed in the next release, 12.1.0, expected in March.

On March 9, 2012 the OVERS Team will begin testing release 12.1.0
