Oregon's HIV prevention programs are based on epidemiologic data and research, CDC guidance, innovative and best practices and community input. Oregon's plans and reports for preventing new HIV infections are described in the following documents.

Jurisdictional HIV Prevention Plan: This document describes Oregon's priorities and plans for HIV prevention through 2016.
Comprehensive Plan: This document describes measurable program objectives and timelines for implementing activities through 2016.
Interim Progress Report: This document describes Oregon's activities from January through June 2012 and plans for 2013.
Oregon Condom Distribution Plan: This document describes Oregon's condom distribution system (e.g. goals, supplies, shipments).
