Consumer Confidence Reports

All community water systems are required to provide an annual Consumer Confidence Report (CCR) to their customers and submit a copy to Drinking Water Services. For resources to assist your water system in developing a CCR, please click here.

Domestic Well Testing for Real Estate Transactions

Property owners who are selling Oregon real estate that includes a domestic well are required to test the water for arsenic, nitrate and total coliform bacteria and report the results to the buyer and to Drinking Water Services. Domestic wells are those used for drinking and other household purposes. More information about domestic well testing for real estate transactions can be found here.
