Hazard: The surface coating on the zipper of the fleece hoodie and t-shirt sets contain excessive levels of lead, violating the federal lead paint standard. No incidents or illnesses reported.
Description: The recalled product is a two-piece coordinated set with fleece hoodie and t-shirt. They were sold in red/white, gray/red, and black/blue color combinations and in assorted sizes from 12M to 5T. The hoodies have Disney character designs in three different styles. "RN 16435" and the following identification number, corresponding to the style, are printed on the label along the hoodie's side seam:

Remedy: Consumers should take the product away from the child immediately and return the set to any Target store for a full refund.

CPSC Recall Alert: September 27, 2012
Captain Cutlass Pirate Toy Guns Recalled by Dillon Importing Due to Violation of Lead Paint Standard
Sold at: Halloween and specialty stores nationwide from April 2008 through May 2012 for about $6.50. Hazard: The surface paints on the pirate toy pistols contain excessive levels of lead, a violation of the federal lead paint standard. No incidents or illnesses reported. |

Description: This recall involves Captain Cutlass Pirate Pistol toys with a brown plastic grip, a black metallic stock and barrel, and a muzzle with an orange cap. The double-barreled toy pistol has one trigger and two hammers. A skull and crossbones motif is engraved on the grip.
Remedy: Consumers should immediately take the recalled pistol toys away from children and contact Dillon Importing for instructions on returning the product for a full refund.

Mexican Wrestling Action Figures Recalled by Lee Carter Co. Due to Violation of Lead Paint Standard
Sold at: Various Mexican specialty craft stores nationwide from June 2000 through October 2011 for between $12 and $14 per pack.
Hazard: The surface paints on the action figures contain excessive levels of lead which is prohibited under federal law. No incidents or illnesses reported. |

Description: The recalled Mexican wrestling Super Luchamania action figures were sold in packs of 12. The multi-colored action figures are plastic, have plastic capes and measure about four inches tall. "Super Luchamania" is printed on the action figures' packaging.
Remedy: Consumers should immediately take the recalled action figures away from children and return them to Lee Carter Co. for a full refund or credit towards a replacement product.

Children's Chairs and Stools Recalled by Elegant Gifts Mart Due to Violation of Lead Paint Standard
Sold at: 1 to Seven stores in Puerto Rico from September 2010 through June 2011 for between $5 and $6.
Hazard: The yellow surface paint on the metal frame of the children's chairs and stools contains excessive levels of lead which is prohibited under federal law. No incidents or illnesses reported. |

Description: The children's folding chairs and the stools have yellow metal tube frames. The plastic seat, seat backs and stool have a cartoon-like scene with monkeys, teddy bears, mushrooms and heart-shaped balloons. "PENGKO" is printed on the chair's heart-shaped seatback. Item number "JCA8036" is printed on a white sticker underneath the chair's seat. Item number "JCA8037" is printed on a white sticker underneath the stool.
Remedy: Consumers should immediately take the recalled tables and folding chairs away from children and return them to any 1 to Seven store in Puerto Rico or contact Elegant Gifts Mart for a full refund.
