About the Data Explorer

 

Oregon is one of 26 states and one local health department funded by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) that comprise a larger National Environmental Public Health Tracking Network. The Oregon EPHT Data Explorer provides dynamic maps, graphs and information about a broad range of environmental and health indictors and measures.

 

Data are organized into 4 broad categories: Environmental Quality, Health Outcomes, People and Community Design. These categories are further divided into topic areas with indicators and measures.

Health outcomes reflect a population’s changing state of physical, mental and social well-being. This category includes acute and chronic conditions, and reproductive outcomes.

  2. Click on a measure
  3. Click on interactive maps, graphs and charts to explore the data.
  4. To view data in full screen mode, click the double arrow in the bottom right corner of the data window.
