About the BCCP Medical Services Agreement

What is a  Medical Services Agreement?

  •  A Medical Services Agreement (MSA) is a streamlined agreement that is only eight pages long and does not have an expiration date.
  •  The MSA adheres providers to the Program Oregon Administrative Rules (OARs). OARs are the policies that govern all activities in the BCCP. Also, the MSA requires providers to use the BCCP Web Data System to report data and submit claims.

  • BCCP is unable to reimburse providers that do not have an executed MSA.

 

As a contracted provider you can be reimbursed for breast and cervical cancer screening/diagnostic procedures.
