Services
The Breast and Cervical Cancer Program provides no-cost breast and cervical cancer screening to eligible women.

To qualify for the Oregon Breast and Cervical Cancer Program (BCCP) you need to:

Live in or intend to live in Oregon.
Have low income, and meet certain income criteria.
Not have any health insurance. If you have insurance that does not pay for annual exams and/or mammograms or insurance that has a high deductible, you may also qualify.
