Oregon's Health Screen Testing Permit Program

"Health Screen Testing" means tests performed without a physician's or clinician's order for the purpose of identifying health risks, providing health information, and referring the person being tested to medical care. (333-024-0375(2)

Any person who operates a health screen testing service must obtain a permit from the Oregon Health Authority, Public Health Division (OAR 333-024-0380)(1).
