NEW TEMPORARY RULE
The Oregon Health Authority (OHA) has adopted temporary testing rules affecting cannabis sampling, effective December 2, 2016 through May 30, 2017. OHA will be working on a permanent solution to the testing issue beginning January 2017.
New sampling protocols for 'Collecting Samples of Usable Marijuana' and 'Collecting Samples of Cannabis Concentrates, Extracts, and Products' have been revised so they are consistent with temporary rule changes that are referenced to OAR 333-064-0100 Marijuana Item Sampling Procedures and Testing; and OAR 333-064-0110 Reporting Marijuana Test Results.
