Update: The proposed amendments to our Administrative Rules (OAR-333-024), that would have tied OSPHL test fees to the Medicaid fee schedule on November 1, 2012, have been postponed. We intend to proceed with the proposed fee changes in mid 2013. 

The proposed amendment of OAR 333-024-0240 will amend State Public Health Laboratory test fees to align them with the July 2012 Division of Medical Assistance Programs (DMAP) Fee for Service Fee Schedule.
