Submit in Formalin preservative.

Handle with caution. Formalin vial contains 6% formaldehyde solution. Contact poison control if needed; contact information may be on vial.
 
Specimens may be stored at room temperature pending transport. Refrigeration is also acceptable.
Transport
Transport specimens at room temperatures. Transport at refrigerated temperatures is also acceptable.
Rejection Criteria
Specimens not submitted in appropriate fixative.
