Oregon MothersCare Services

• Prenatal needs assessment appointment at no charge: site coordinators provide coordination with pregnancy testing, prenatal care, OHP assistance, referrals and education resources 
• Client support for access to prenatal services
• Follow-up on SafeNet and local referrals; assure links to local systems; advocacy and support
• Streamlined intake and/or referral to clinical prenatal care access including pregnancy testing, unbiased options counseling, OHP application assistance, dental care and first prenatal care appointment
• Initial needs assessment and referral for maternity case management/home visiting services, WIC and other prenatal services as needed
