Ms. Torris is responsible for components of the Oregon EMS System that relates to care, treatment and transportation of patients. She provides oversight to the EMT certification process, coordinates inspections and investigations, and provides direction of the Mobile Training Unit and Professional Standards Unit.

Ms. Gillen coordinates the EMT state examinations, student registrations, and distribution of examination materials.  She is the key contact for educational institutions and certifying officers.

OREGON EMERGENCY MEDICAL SERVICES FOR CHILDREN
Philip Engle
Mr. Engle provides technical and consultative services to committees, hospitals, prehospital care agencies and EMT training centers on improving the care of seriously ill and injured pediatric patients. Also responsible for the integration of pediatric injury prevention in the trauma system and provides staff support to the EMSC Advisory Board.
