The mission of the HIV Program is to reduce the spread of HIV and promote the health of HIV-infected Oregonians.

The HIV Surveillance - Data and Analysis - Section reports and records cases and incidence rates of HIV/AIDS for the state. These reports (as defined in Oregon Administrative Rules) are intended for use in targeting services for public health planning purposes.
