The Oregon Overweight, Obesity, Physical Activity and Nutrition Facts report ("PAN Facts") is a reference presenting the most recent data on physical activity, nutrition, overweight and obesity in Oregon. This fifth edition provides up-to-date information on each topic through the lens of basic demographics such as age, sex, education, income, and body weight status.

Obesity Prevention and Nutrition
- SB 931 Obesity Prevention Task Force - The 13-member task force, chaired by Dr. Bruce Goldberg, Director of the Oregon Department of Human Services, was created by the 2007 Legislature to study obesity prevention and treatment and to develop ways to decrease the burden of obesity in Oregon. The group included Senators Margaret Carter and Jeff Kruse and Reps. Tina Kotek and Scott Bruun as well as university experts and state health officials. This task force was charged with drafting a proposal to the legislature by October 2009.
