JEFFERSON COUNTY – Health Administrator (Public Health Department Director) – Jefferson County Public Health Department – Madras, OR

This position: $84,071 - $102,465 + benefits including PERS

Under the direction of the Jefferson County Board of Commissioners and the County Administrative Officer, the Jefferson County Health Administrator is responsible for County Public Health Depart-ment designated contracts, programs and staff. Jefferson County's Health Director must be familiar in the areas of contract management, public engagement, policy development across public health, maternal and child health, family planning, environmental health, addictions, mental health and developmental disabilities and other related areas in accordance with Oregon Statute and adopted standards of the Conference of Local Health Officials and needs particular to Jefferson County.

LANE COUNTY – Public Health Nursing Supervisor – Public Health/Maternal Child Health – Eugene, OR

MARION COUNTY – Health Team Supervisor – Public Health Nursing – Marion County Health Department, Salem, OR

MCHD has an interest in developing a nurse manager with an interest in leadership and a passion for public health. MULTNOMAH COUNTY – Nursing Program Manager 2-Corrections Health (MCDC/Justice Center Jail – Health Department – Portland, OR

This position requires the application of technical knowledge of the specialized field of Corrections Health, including utilizing medical, nursing, public health, corrections, and management knowledge and skills to assure that our clients receive care at or above the community standard. This position requires initiative and judgment in anticipating and determining proactive changes in this constantly changing medical/corrections environment, and the capacity to perform work independently following fiscal and program guidelines and policies. Collaboration, coordination and maintaining an excellent working relationship with all levels of the Multnomah County Sheriff's Office (MCSO) management and staff are critical.

Corrections Health is a blend of hospital care, emergency care, home health, diagnostic services and clinical services.
