DESCHUTES COUNTY– Behavioral Health Specialist II – Adult Outpatient  – Bend, OR

Deschutes County is currently accepting applications for two Behavioral Health Specialist II's - Adult Outpatient Team, located in Redmond. Incumbents will provide outpatient and intensive services to a diverse group, including adults, children and families. This includes individuals with a variety of diagnoses; anxiety, depression, PTSD, Bi-polar disorder and psychosis.  Clinicians will utilize a variety of evidenced-based treatment models.  A portion of the incumbent's time will also be providing in-depth behavioral health bio-psycho-social assessments utilizing DSM 5 diagnoses for individuals seeking mental health and addiction services.  In addition to being skilled at providing individual counseling, the incumbents should also be able to provide case management services and lead therapy groups each week. Successful candidates will work as part of a multidisciplinary team.

DESCHUTES COUNTY – Nurse  Corrections Facility Deschutes County Health Services – Bend, OR​

Deschutes County is currently recruiting for a Nurse in our corrections facility. Incumbent will provide professional nursing duties that include physical assessments, verification of medication and treatment, TB testing, documentation of medical care, scheduling and conducting sick calls. Will also be responsible for communicating with medical, mental health, and public health communities, alcohol and or drug detoxification, administering medications, scheduling out-of-facility physician and dental appointments, maintaining statistics, and resolving medical bills.

MALHEUR COUNTY – Outreach and Enrollment Assister – Malheur County Health Department – Ontario, OR

MARION COUNTY – Health Team Supervisor – Public Health Nursing – Marion County Health Department, Salem, OR

MCHD has an interest in developing a nurse manager with an interest in leadership and a passion for public health.
