CLATSOP COUNTY – Public Health Director – Clatsop County Public Health Department – Astoria OR

The Publc Health Director administers, plans and directs the Public Health Department to ensure activities necessary for the preservation of health and prevention of disease county wide. Responsible for enforcement of the rules of the local public health authority and public health laws. DESCHUTES COUNTY – Nurse  Corrections Facility Deschutes County Health Services – Bend, OR​

Deschutes County is currently recruiting for a Nurse in our corrections facility. Incumbent will provide professional nursing duties that include physical assessments, verification of medication and treatment, TB testing, documentation of medical care, scheduling and conducting sick calls. MARION COUNTY – Health Team Supervisor – Public Health Nursing – Marion County Health Department, Salem, OR

YAMHILL COUNTY – PH Clinic Nurse – Yamhill County Health Department – McMinnville, OR

Part-time (27 hr/wk) RN position to work in multiple programs including reproductive health, communicable disease, and immunizations. YAMHILL COUNTY – Health Educator – Yamhill Count​y Public Health - McMinnville, OR

This full-time position will coordinate four health promotion interventions: The Good Behavior Game, Family Check-Up, a maternal health-care home pilot and a smoking cessation incentive program for pregnant women. Successful applicants will oversee a 3-year work plan and coordinate program implementation and evaluation. YAMHILL COUNTY – Senior Office Specialist – Public Health – McMinnville, OR

This is a represented, regular full-time position to perform advanced secretarial work in the Public Health Division. Duties include phone/receptionist services as back up, typing correspondence, reports, notices, minutes, home visiting enrollment, interfacing with funeral homes in the area for vital records, recording department expenditures, ordering supplies, handling division employee timesheets, and relieving direct supervisor of administrative tasks such as gathering and analyzing information and preparing reports, all with minimal direction.
