BENTON COUNTY – Registered Nurse Care Coordinator & Public Health Nurse – Benton County Health Services – Corvallis, OR
Registered Nurse Care Coordinator (RNCC) with Community Health Centers:
The RNCC works as a member of a multidisciplinary care team to provide patients a variety of nursing services. This includes care coordination, health education, nursing assessment, patient triage, and medication counseling. Care is provided to clients of all age ranges.

Public Health Nurse (PHN) with Public Health:
The PHN provides nursing assessment, health education, and care coordination with pregnant women, families and children. The PHN may visit pregnant woman and families at the Health Department or may do home visits. The PHN may also participate in community planning meetings or coordination meetings to provide expertise or build partnership with community resources. The PHN also has a role in addressing and preventing communicable diseases and promoting immunizations.

DESCHUTES COUNTY – Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner –Deschutes County Health Services- Bend, OR
Position works as part of a mental health treatment team serving clients with a variety of diagnosis. Incumbent will be responsible for performing comprehensive psychiatric assessments and diagnosis; prescribing psychotropic medications to clients with psychiatric and or substance abuse disorders; determining the medical necessity of proposed mental health services; and working collaboratively with other mental health practitioners, primary care providers and community partners. Primary population will be adults, but based on background and experience, position may also provide services to children and/or adolescents. Deschutes County provides services in Redmond, Bend and La Pine offices. Position may provide services in multiple locations.

DESCHUTES COUNTY – Nurse Corrections – Bend, OR
Performs professional nursing duties in a correctional facility. Incumbent is responsible for physical assessments, verification of medication and treatment, TB testing, documentation of medical care, scheduling and conducting sick calls. Duties include communicating with medical, mental health, and public health communities, alcohol and or drug detoxification, administering medications, scheduling out-of-facility physician and dental appointments, maintaining statistics, and resolving medical bills.

LANE COUNTY – Public Health Nursing Supervisor – Public Health/Maternal Child Health – Eugene, OR

    MULTNOMAH COUNTY – Mental Health Consultant, Residential Specialist – Multnomah County Health Department – Portland, OR
    This position exists in Residential Services, which is a program within the Community Mental Health Program (CMHP), within MHASD. Residential Services is responsible for the oversight of health, safety and welfare of severely mentally ill persons within licensed, structured, 24 hour-a-day/7 day-a-week Residential Treatment Programs, Adult Foster Care Homes, and Supportive Housing. 
    This is a full-time position located at the downtown Lincoln Building location, though will move to Gresham in the near future. This candidate must be able to travel between downtown and Gresham office sites regularly, and throughout the county.

    MULTNOMAH COUNTY – Maternal Child and Family Health Nutrition Manager – Health Department – Portland, OR
    This position… The Program Manager in collaboration with the WIC team and internal and external partners plan, organizes, coordinates and evaluates the WIC program. The Program Manager is responsible for leading the WIC management team and staff in contextualizing the work of the WIC program within the larger aims of the Maternal, Child and Family health work.     UMATILLA COUNTY – Environmental Health Specialist I or II – Umatilla County Health Department – Pendleton, OR
    This position inspects restaurants, mobile food units and temporary restaurants to assure compliance with the laws and rules; instructs food handlers on proper food handling procedures and equipment maintenance; participates in food handler classes required for certifications. Investigates complaints and disease outbreaks concerning food, water, animals, sewage disposal and communicable disease as required by law. Inspects public swimming pools, spa pools, traveler’s accommodations, and recreation parks and campgrounds for compliance with state laws and regulations; prepares compliance schedules and assists in arranging for necessary improvements. Reviews plans for proposed food service establishments, swimming pools, spa pools, tourist and travelers accommodation and care facilities to assure compliance to rules. Inspects care facilities and schools for food service, water supplies, sewage disposal, solid waste practices, and general cleanliness and safety; arranges for necessary improvements. Maintains records of inspections and other activities; prepares reports and recommendations; completes reports for state as requested/required.
