Oregon State Health Profile

Oregon's State Health Profile includes a broad set of indicators that offer a snapshot of the health of people in our state. This information helps us understand the health of our communities, celebrate and learn from our successes and identifiy opportunities for improvement. Having common information allows us to build partnerships, gather resources, and decide how to plan actions to address complex health issues.
