Oregon Tobacco Education Clearinghouse (OTEC) Catalog

The Oregon Tobacco Prevention and Education Program provides Smokefree Workplace Law and Tobacco Quit Line materials free of charge to Oregon businesses and other organizations.

Orders are filled by the Tobacco Prevention and Education Program (TPEP) at your local public health department. Local TPEP staff are available to answer questions about the Smokefree Workplace Law, the Quit Line, and other tobacco-related issues.
