Patients through age 18 are eligible if they are:

  • uninsured; or
  • American Indian/Alaskan Native.

Vaccines Access Program

A Vaccine Access Program (VAP) provider is a public clinic that receives no-cost vaccines intended for VFC-eligible people under age 19, uninsured adults, and low-cost vaccines for privately insured children and adults; a provider that is committed to increasing vaccination rates and decreasing disparities in immunization coverage.
