General Information

2013 Mini-Grant Application & Instructions

The Oregon Immunization Program (OIP) is pleased to announce the availability of mini-grants as part of its 2012-2013 Adult Immunization Special Project. In July 2012, OIP and participating local health departments (LHDs) initiated the special project with the goal of strengthening the adult immunization infrastructure across the state. LHDs have been working with the following community partners to implement interventions: pharmacists, large non-healthcare employers, community and rural health centers, healthcare institutions, and long-term care facilities. Funds are now available to these partners to conduct activities that support the same goal as the special project.

Applications are DUE May 31st, 2013 at 5p.m.
