School-based Oral Health Programs
students

The Oral Health Program of the Oregon Health Authority manages two School-based Oral Health Programs that are FREE for eligible schools - the School Fluoride Program (tablets or rinse) and the School-based Dental Sealant Program.

These programs are most effective when used together. However, implementing even one of these programs can make a significant difference in the oral health of participating children.

If you would like to volunteer with the Oral Health Program, please visit the Volunteers web page to learn more.

**New Certification Program for School Dental Sealant Programs**

The Oral Health Program has developed a voluntary certification program for community-based programs that are currently providing or are interested in providing dental sealants in a school-based setting. If you would like to learn more about the certification process and register for an upcoming training, please visit the Certification for School Dental Sealant Programs web page.
