• You must be a currently certified/licensed EMS Provider in good standing with the National Registry of EMTs and with another state EMS office to apply for reciprocity.
• Candidates who are licensed in another state, but do not have National Registry certification will need to contact the NREMT and obtain National Registry certification prior to applying for Oregon licensure.   Please contact the NREMT at www.nremt.org or call them at (614) 888-4484.
