EMS providers can now change their mailing address online.

- Go to http://healthoregon.org/emtrecert and click on “Is your address up to date?”
- Under the “Returning On-Line Users” section, log in using the name and password you have already created to re-license.
- If you forgot your password, click on "forgot password" and answer the secret question to retrieve it.
- If you cannot remember your login information, cannot retrieve your password or are a new online user, request your PIN number to create a new account by going to "Forgot/Lost PIN" and complete the request form.
