Public Health and Health System Transformation

Public Health and Primary Care brochureThe Oregon Health Authority (OHA) is working to implement health system transformation, which is designed to move from a costly, fragmented health system to one that is coordinated and affordable for everyone.

The OHA’s Public Health Division, which is a part of Oregon’s public health system, supports the Triple Aim of better health, better care and lower costs by collecting and monitoring data on the health of Oregonians and using that data to implement community health strategies that work. OHA also works closely with the Early Learning Division of the Oregon Department of Education to ensure alignment of child-serving systems across Oregon.
