Coordinated Care Organizations (CCOs)
Health system transformation is actively underway both here in Oregon and across the country. In Oregon, communities are forming Coordinated Care Organizations to improve the health of their residents, ensure quality care and reduce costs. As part of the Oregon Health Authority, the Public Health Division plays an important role in helping CCOs achieve their goals.
