Triennial reviews of Oregon local health departments are conducted every three years by the Oregon Health Authority. Each review question stands on federal or state law, CDC guideline or contractual agreement. View the triennial review tools.
The results of the review are shared with the governing boards of each of the health departments. Oregon Health Authority works with the local health department to assure all compliance findings are resolved in a timely manner. For more information, contact the local health department or Community Liaison staff.
