Oregon's State Health Profile Report (pdf) includes a broad set of indicators that offer a snapshot of the health of people in our state. This information helps us understand the health of our communities, celebrate and learn from our successes and identify opportunities for improvement. Having common information allows us to build partnerships, gather resources, and decide how to plan actions to address complex health issues.
Specific Population Profiles
- Racial and Ethnic Populations (pdf) - examines disparities in mortality, communicable diseases, behavioral risk factors, maternal and infant health, and health care access
- Economically Disadvantaged and Uninsured Populations (pdf) - analyzes chronic conditions, behavioral risk factors, maternal and infant health, and access to care
- Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual or Transgendered Populations (pdf) - People who identify as lesbian, gay, bisexual or transgendered (LGBT) experience unique and complex health disparities, compounded by a lack of data and research on LGBT people
- Incarcerated Populations (pdf) - People who have been incarcerated face higher risks for many chronic and communicable diseases that accompany them from the community into correctional institutions and back to the community
Indicator data are from existing data sources and provided in PDF format.
