BENTON COUNTY – Public Health Data Analyst/Epidemiologist – Benton County Health Department – Corvallis, OR
This position serves as primary technical resource for planning, developing, collecting, managing, and analyzing population health data to inform and improve programs and policies. Collaborates with internal and community partners to educate and facilitate the use of data to improve the public’s health. Supports epidemiologic investigations used in the prevention and control of disease and foodborne outbreaks. Works in an innovative, high paced environment, researching and presenting data, integrating health equity approaches, and participating in development of a regional health assessment. This position is regular part-time (20 hours/week); will work limited duration, full-time for the first 10 months.

CLATSOP COUNTY – Environmental Health Supervisor – Clatsop County Public Health Department – Astoria, OR

    MORROW COUNTY – Public Health Nurse – Morrow County Health Department – Heppner, OR 
    There are currently two Full Time Nursing positions open at Morrow County. Both positions are associated with Maternal Child Health and the delivery of Home Visiting services. This includes assessment, screening, developing care plans, implementing best-practice interventions and evaluating the success of the treatment plan. The nurse supports families by making referrals to the community, teaching about health concerns, supporting behavior changes and implementing population-based public health measures. One of the positions will be trained in the Nurse Family Partnership program providing services through an exciting collaboration with the Umatilla County Health Department. Current Oregon RN license and driver’s license required. BSN preferred. Public health or related experience may be substituted for degree. Bilingual (Spanish) preference.

    UMATILLA COUNTY – Home Visit Nurse 0.5 FTE Initially– Umatilla County Health Department – Pendleton, OR
    This position provides in home nursing visits to children with special health care needs or disabilities through the Oregon CaCoon program.
