  • Cards should arrive within 7-10 business days after they have been issued.
  • If your application is incomplete you will receive a letter outlining what is needed to complete your application.

What We Do

The OMMP administers the registration program of the Oregon Medical Marijuana Act

The Oregon Medical Marijuana Program is a state registry program within the Public Health Division, Oregon Health Authority. Our role is to administer the Oregon Medical Marijuana Act as approved by Oregon voters in November 1998.

The OMMP does not oversee the Oregon Medical Marijuana Dispensary Program

The Advisory Committee on Medical Marijuana (ACMM) was established with the passing of Senate Bill 1085 during the 2005 legislative session and became effective January 1, 2006.
