On the first day, staff will learn to search for participants, update demographic information, and complete the intake and income screens.  By the end of the day, they will be able to schedule participants into a variety of appointments, as well as print the correct notices.  On the second day, staff will experience printing Food Instruments (FI) and problem solving of various FI issues.  Staff will leave the training able to perform transfers, change WIC ID numbers, terminate participants, and do temporary newborn certifications.
