How to Order
Check “Other Sendout For” under Miscellaneous Serology on the Virology/Immunology Request Form (form 42) and write in “Cysticercus Antibody.”
 
Also complete the CDC Specimen Submission Information form located at: public.health.oregon.gov/LaboratoryServices/Pages/CDC-Testing.aspx.
Availability
All clients with approval from the Oregon Public Health Division Acute and Communicable Disease Prevention Program.

Immunoblot, Western Blot, Antibody Detection
